摘要
阐述了髙速针刺机主轴箱结构的动力传动力系统,并从主轴箱传动系统的运动分析和动力分析入手,对髙速针刺机主轴箱传动系统机械惯性力的平衡进行了探讨。指出优化传动结构有利于高速针刺机的高速和连续稳定运行。
The mechanical power drive system in the spindle box of the high speed needle machine was introduced.The mechanical inertia balancing of the machines' power drive system was discussed by analysis of the motion and mechanical power of the power transfer system.It was pointed out that optimization of transfer system would benefit to high speed of the needle machine and its continuous stable operation.
