Approach to Modern Cultural Development Strategy in Xinjiang

实现路径关系到方向明确后怎样走、如何做的问题,是新疆现代文化发展战略的关键要素和重要组成部分,是必须作出的选择。文章从如下方面作一探讨:一体多元——牢固树立社会主义核心价值观,大力发展现代文化、和谐文化;文化认同——多讲共性、多讲包容,追求各民族文化的交融;选择吸收——以开放、理性的态度对待传统文化,力促新疆多民族文化的转型;互动借鉴——最大限度发挥宗教的积极因素,引导宗教与新疆现代化建设相适应。文章旨在从急迫和紧要的问题入手,力求为新疆现代文化的大发展大繁荣,为实现新疆的跨越式发展和长治久安目标服务。

Approach is a key factor and component of modern cultural development strategy in Xinjiang which matter with where to go and what to do after direction is set as a must choice. The thesis makes a probe into integration with diversity： modern culture and culture for harmony to be developed while socialist core value is firmly built; universality and Accommodation to be stressed while cultural identification is sought for cultural fusion among ethnic groups; absorption to be chosen while traditional culture is handled in open and rational attitude to strive for Xinjiang＇s cultural Shift; interactive learning to make the best use of religious positive factor and adapt it to Xinjiang＇s modernization. The thesis, starting from pressing issues, tries to serve for Xinjiang＇s modern cultural prosperity, striding progress and long-term stability.
