热压伤的临床处理

Management of thermo-crush injury

目的 探讨早期手术清创 ,组织修复在热压伤合并肌肉肌腱、血管、神经及骨关节损伤的临床疗效。方法 通过对 69例热压伤合并深部组织损伤分析及近远期的疗效观察 ,找出热压伤临床处理的规律性。结果 69例中 ,行各种手术修复 59例 ,愈合良好 58例 ,远期疗效良好者为 80 %。结论 热压伤合并深部血管、神经、肌腱、骨关节损伤者应早期清创 。

Objetive To study the Clinical results of debridement in the early stage and reconstruction of tissuec in the injuries incidence of muscle,tendons,blood vessels,nervesand bone joints resulting from thermo crush injuries.Methods Based on the analysis of sixty nine cases suffering from hot pressde burn deep tissues and the observation of early and later results,found out the regulafity of the clinical management of the thermo crush injuries .Result Fifty nine cases were reconstructed through operations,58 cases of with healed with satisfactory results.The rate of late satis factory resrlts was 80%.Conclusion Debridement in the early stage and reconstruction of tissue flaps in the incidence of muscle,tendon ,blood vessel ,nerve and bone joint injuries resulting from hot pressed burn have gained good clinical effects.
