摘要 讨论了一种微小型对置式线性压缩机的特性。运用有限元方法对Halbach结构圆筒型永磁直线电机电磁场模型进行了求解,分析了电机内部磁场和磁力线分布情况;以动力学、热力学、电磁场理论为基础,对压缩机系统运行模型进行了仿真求解,分析了其运动特性。同时,就余隙容积和泄漏对这种微小型线性压缩机的影响进行了探讨。 A novel miniature opposed reciprocating compressor driven by Halbach tubular permanent magnet motor was presented. The distribution of electromagnetic field and flux line of motor with FE method was analyzed. Based on the dynamics, thermodynamics and electromagnetic field theory, the system dynam- ic model of moving part was built and simulated. Force and displacement characteristic of the moving part were discussed according to the numerical results. The influence of the clearance volume and clearance leakage was discussed as well.
