摘要 基于过零检测法,以微控制器ATmega128和可编程逻辑器件EPM1270为核心,设计并实现了对双路同频低频信号的相位差和频率进行测量的系统.在一个可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)内实现了数字式相位差和频率的数据采集,简化了系统设计.系统可以对200Hz~10kHz频率范围内的信号进行相对精确的测量,与传统相位测量仪相比,具有硬件电路简单、测量速度快和易于实现等优点. Based on the principle of zero-crossing, taking microcontroller ATmega128 and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) EPM1270 as the core, a system used for measuring the two-circuit frequency and low-frequency signal phase difference and the frequency of the measured signal is designed and realized. The data acquisition of the digital phase difference and the frequency is carried out in a piece of CPLD chip, and the system design is simplified. The system can measure the signal of frequency range of 200 Hz - 10 kHz. Compared with the traditional phase meter, the system has the advantages of simple hardware circuit, rapid speed and easy realization.
