特奥会参赛者服务需求量表的编制

The Scale Compilation of the Needs of Competitors from the Special Olympics

采用文献法、调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以特奥会参赛者服务需求为基点,依据马斯洛需求理论,在构建特奥会参赛者服务需求理论模型的基础上,编制了《特奥会参赛者服务需求量表》,该量表由生理需求、安全需求、情感需求、尊重需求4个维度构成,具有良好的信度和效度。

This paper adopts the methods of documentation,investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.With the basic point of the characteristics of the competitors and sports group from the Special Olympics,this paper depends on the demands theory of Maslow and thetheoretical model for the competitors＇ needs in Special Olympics to prepare scale of the competitors＇needs in the 5th Special Olympics.The scale includes the needs of physiology,safety,emotion and respect.It has good reliability and validity.
