摘要
目的:观察急性肺损伤大鼠血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中apelin含量的变化,探讨apelin在急性肺损伤(ALI)中的意义。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠18只,随机分为对照组(n=8)和油酸模型组(n=10),油酸组尾静脉一次性注入油酸0.2ml/kg,对照组尾静脉内注射生理盐水0.2ml/kg。检测BALF中蛋白含量及中性粒细胞比例,放免法检测血浆及BALF中apelin-36含量。结果:①油酸组BALF中细胞计数、蛋白含量及中性粒细胞占细胞总数的百分比均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);②油酸组血浆及BALF中apelin-36含量较对照组显著升高(P均<0.01)。结论:ALI时大鼠血浆及BALF中apelin-36含量升高。
Objective To investigate the changes of apelin, a novel peptide, in the rats of acute lung injury (ALI) induced by oleic acid. Methods Eighteen male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group ( n = 8 ) and oleie acid group (0.2ml/kg,iv, n = 10). Protein content and the ratio of neutrophiles in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were calculated. The concentrations of apelin-36 in the plasma and BALF were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results (1) The numbers of total ceils and neutrophiles in BALF in oleic acid group were increased significantly than those in control group( all P 〈 0.01 ) ; (2) The concentrations of apelin-36 in the plasma and BALF were obviously higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion A high level of apehn-36 exists in the rats of oleic acid-induced acute lung injury.
