93例慢性心功能不全患者血浆BNP测定及临床意义

摘要 有研究表明[1],B型尿钠肽（BNP）的测定在4℃下可稳定8h,-20℃可保存3个月,血样要求加入EDTA-Na2抗凝剂,采集血样标本时与体位无明显影响,但采血样前,应避免高盐饮食.本文主要探讨心功能不全患者BNP检测的意义.现将相关资料进行报道以供参考.
