摘要
对栾川钼矿进行了浮选试验研究。以水玻璃为抑制剂、MBF-103为捕收剂,一粗两扫一精闭路浮选试验得到的精矿钼品位和回收率分别为5.304 0%和92.24%,较采用常规捕收剂煤油时明显提高。
Flotation tests on Luanchuan molybdenum ore were carried out by one-stage rougher-two-stage scavenger-one-stage cleaner flotation in closed circuit with soluble glass as inhibiting agent and MBF-103 as collector. The molybdenum grade and recovery of the resultant concentrate is 5. 304 0 % and 92.24% respectively. Compared with conventional process with kerosene as collector, the above process has higher flotation efficiency.
