The value of high frequency ultrasound on the diagnosis of the cataract

目的 探讨高频率超声在白内障诊断中的应用价值。方法 应用７．５～１０ ＭＨｚ高频率超声对６４５例临床诊断为各型白内障患眼１ ２１１只及正常６０例眼１２０对只的晶体声像图进行观察、分析。结果本方法诊断各型白内障１ ２０６只眼，与临床的诊断符合率达９８．７７％．结论 高频率超声在白内障的诊断中具有重要价值，可作为临床诊断白内障的主要方法之一。

Objective To investigate the value of high frepuency ultrasound on the diagnosis of the cataract. Methods The lenses of 1 221 eyes which were chinically diagnosed as different kinds of cataracts in 645 patients and 120 eyes in 60 normal people were examined by 7.5 ~ 10 MHz high frequency ultrasound. Results 1 206 eyes were explicitly diagnosed as different kind of cataracts by this method. Comparing the results with that of clini- cal diagnosis. The confirmed rate was 98.77%. Conclusion It possesses important value using high frequency ul- tradound to diagnose have the cataract diagnosed.
