低温弱光胁迫及恢复过程对CMS三系辣椒幼苗保护酶活性与渗透调节物质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)CMS三系的不育系、恢复系与相应杂交一代种幼苗为材料,研究了辣椒幼苗叶片对低温弱光及其恢复过程的响应。结果表明:随着低温弱光处理时间的增加,辣椒幼苗叶片的SOD活性先降低,又升高,随后降低;POD与APX活性先升高后降低。在常温恢复阶段SOD与APX活性先降低又升高;就POD活性来说,杂交一代种F1逐渐升高,不育系与恢复系呈现"V"字形变化趋势。在低温弱光处理阶段,渗透调节物质Pr与可溶性糖先降低后升高;脯氨酸含量与之相反。在常温恢复阶段Pr呈现出一直降低的趋势;可溶性糖含量先降低随后升高;脯氨酸含量先升高又降低。F1的SOD活性、POD活性、Pr含量高于A、R;R、F1的APX活性与可溶性糖含量高于A。恢复系与杂交种的各项指标优于不育系。 With the CMS line, Restorer line and the corresponding hybrid of the hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) seedlings as the material, the response of the hot pepper seedling leaf to weak light of low temperature and its resume stage was studied. The resuhs showed: Only as the increase of dealing time with the low temperature and weak light, SOD activity in the seedling leaves of the hot pepper declined, afterward increased, and then declined again; POD and APX activity first increased and then decreased. During the resume stage under normal temperature, SOD and APX activity first declined and then increased; as to the activity of POD, hybrid F1 increased gradually, the CMS line and restorer line showed changing trend in the shape of "V". During the stage of low temperatures and poor light, osmotic adjustment substances like Pr and soluble sugar first decreased and then increased, the content of proline showed reverse rule. During the resume stage under normal temperature, content of Pr declined all through; soluble sugar content first decreased and then increased; proline first increased and then decreased. The SOD , POD activity and Pr content of hybrid was higher than A,R; The APX activity and content of soluble sugar of R,F1 was higher than A. All indexes of the hybrid and restorer line were superior to CMS line.
