将城市化进程中失地农民生存与发展问题作为失地农民问题的核心,在分析了失地农民生存与发展问题及其原因的基础上,从生存和发展两个层面提出解决失地农民生存和发展的对策建议。

In the process of urbanization, with a large amount of land acquired, the survival and development of landless peasants become the focus of social harmonious development issue .This paper regard the survival and development of landless peasants as the core of the landless peasants issue and based on the analysis of the issue, put forward the proposal from surviving and developing two aspects.
