两种模型拟合药材甲幼虫生长发育与环境温度的关系 被引量:3

摘要 为了比较两种常见数学模型拟合昆虫发育与环境温度之间的关系,以储藏期中药材甘遂为寄主食料,在人工气候实验室,研究了药材甲(Stegobium paniceum L.)幼虫的生长发育,计算分析昆虫发育速率与温度之间的数学关系。通过Logistic模型及"王-兰-丁"模型对温度与药材甲各龄期幼虫发育之间的数学关系进行拟合,分析温度对药材甲幼虫生长发育影响。结果表明,研究共优化拟合温度与药材甲幼虫发育关系的Logitsic方程5个,温度与药材甲幼虫发育关系的"王-兰-丁"方程5个。从两类数学模型拟合结果来看,"王-兰-丁"模型拟合对研究较宽温度幅度的昆虫发育与温度之间的关系拟合效果优于Logistic模型。 Mathematical models expressed the relationship between temperature and development larvae of Stegobium paniceum L. in stored Chinese medicine material were studied at 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32 and 35 ℃ in control conditional laboratory. The mathematical equations expressed the relationship between development and temperature was carried out with Logistic model and "Wang-Lan-Ding" model separately. Results showed that, the higher temperature was profitably condition to the development of S. paniceum L. Five Logistic models and five "Wang-Lan-Ding" models were carried out to express to the relationship between the temperature and development speed of larvae of S. paniceum L. The "Wang-Lan-Ding" models was better than Logistic models to express the relationship between the temperature and development speed of S. paniceum L. in such research with larger range of experimental temperature.
