摘要
对萘乙酸(NAA)粉剂采用微乳液-超声乳化法处理,制备萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂,并初步探索了该制剂对苜蓿种苗生长的影响。结果表明:通过微乳液-超声乳化法制备的萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂,其颗粒度小,粒径分布均匀、水溶性好、稳定性好。2.2×10-5mol·L-1萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂的促长效果最好,2.2×10-4mol·L-1悬浮剂的抑制作用最明显。
Using micro-emulsion phacoemulsification treatment, NAA nano-suspensions was prepared, and its effect on the growth of alfalfa seedlings was studied. The results showed that: NAA nano suspension prepared by micro-emulsion-phacoemulsification, had small particle size, particle size distributed uniformly, water solubility and stability was good. The effect of 2.2 × 10^-5 mol· L^-1 NAA nano-suspension to promote growth was the best, but 2.2 × 10^-4 mol·L^-1 suspension inhibited the most obvious.
