摘要
以北美海棠组培苗单株为材料,进行了不同材料、不同基质及不同生根促进剂处理试验。结果表明:扦插材料选择在瓶内经过炼苗的壮苗平均生根率可达91.7%,明显高于普通苗及细弱苗;微扦插基质以蛭石最好;微扦插的生根处理以800mg·L-1NAA及500mg·L-1IBA为好,平均生根率分别为93.6%及92.4%,微扦插是简化北美海棠组培繁殖程序,提高其繁殖系数的良好方法。
Using tissue culture seeding of North America Begonia, the tests were carried on about different seedling, different cultivation matrix and different root promoting agents. The result showed the average rooting rate of strong seeding reached 91.7%, which was obvious better than the common seedling and thin seedling. The best cultivation matrix for micro-cutting was vermiculite. The 800 mg·L^-1NAA and 500 mg·L^-1IBA were in favor of rooting, the average rooting rates were 93.6% and 92.4%. Micro-cutting was a good method for short cutting propagation procedure and increasing propagation coefficient of North America Begonia tissue culture.
