不同产地丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA含量比较

Comparison the contents of TanshinoneⅡ A in Salvia Miltiorrhiza of Different Origin

目的测定并比较不同产地丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量,为丹参药材的质量控制提供理论依据。方法用HPLC测定了八批不同产地、不同规格的丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果除焦作产丹参酮ⅡA含量低于药典标准外,其它均符合规定。结论不同产地丹参的丹参酮ⅡA含量存在差异,且不同规格对丹参酮ⅡA含量有较大影响。

Objective： Provide theoretical basis for the quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza through determination and comparison of different Tancantong Ⅱ A content of salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods： Content determination of Tancantong ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza of eight batch of different origin, different specifications by HPLC. Results： All accord with pharmacopoeial standards except in Jiaozuo. Conclusion： Tancantong Ⅱ A content in salvia miltiorrhiza is different from different habitats, Different specifications have great influence on Tancantong ⅡA content.
