摘要
目的观察针刺预处理及不同配穴对肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型的防治效应,探讨其可能的作用机理。方法将50只雌雄各半wistar大鼠随机分为5组,每组雌雄各半,分开喂养。分组:①正常对照组10只;②模型对照组10只;③"太冲+三阴交"组10只;④"太冲+三阴交+天枢"组10只;⑤"太冲+三阴交+上巨虚"组10只。对针刺组进行7d的电针预处理后,对除正常对照组以外的大鼠使用慢性应激方法(不可预知)造模15d。采用ELISA方法,观察各组大鼠血清中VIP、GAS含量变化。结果与空白对照组相比,模型对照组血清血管活性肽(VIP)、胃泌素(GAS)含量下降,变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与各针刺预处理不同配穴组比较,模型对照组血清VIP、GAS含量下降,变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与空白对照组相比,各针刺预处理不同配穴组血清VIP、GAS含量波动未见明显统计学意义。结论电针预处理肝郁脾虚证大鼠可以调节大鼠血清中VIP、GAS含量,这可能是针刺预处理方法防治肝郁脾虚证的机制之一。
Objective To observe acupuncture point pretreatment and different combination of points on VIP and GAS of liver depression and spleen deficiency rats, and discuss the possible mechanism. Methods：60 wistar rats were divided into 5 groups, which were normal controls, Model control group,taichong ＋ sanyinjiao group, taichong ＋ sanyinjiao ＋ tianshu group, taichong ＋ sanyinjiao ＋ shangjuxu group. After 7 days＇ acupuncture pretreatment on acupuncture groups, we use chronic stress method （umpredietable） to made the model for 15 days. Results：Compared with the control group, Model control group＇s serum VIP, GAS down the content, the change had a statistical significance（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ;Compared with the acupuncture pretreatment groups, Model control group＇ s serum VIP, GAS down the content, the change had a statistical significance（P 〈 0.05） ;Compared with the control group, acupuncture pretreatment groups＇ serum VIP, GAS did not have a statistical significance. Conclusion： Electro- acupuncture pretreatment can adjust VIP, GAS content in serum. This may be a mechanism that acupuncture pretreatment method can prevention and cure liver depression and spleen deficiency.
