中西医治疗手足口病256例的疗效观察及护理体会

Nursing Experience and Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effectiveness of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Treating Hand-foot-mouth Disease 256 cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗手足口病的疗效,总结手足口病的中西医护理经验。方法随机将256例手足口病患儿分为实验组和对照组,分别为132例和124例。两组患儿均按医嘱静脉点滴喜炎平0.2ml/(kg·d),利巴韦林15mg/(kg·d)分次口服,实验组在此基础上加口服中药,每天1剂。观察两组患儿的疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率93.2%,对照组治疗有效率76.6%,两组疗效比较,经统计学分析P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗手足口病可提高手足口病的治愈率。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of integrated traditional and western medicine in treating hand-foot-mouth disease, and to summarize the nursing points in caring for patients with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods ：256 patients with hand-foot-mouthdisease were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 132 and 124 in each. Both groups received O. 2ml/（kg ·d）of Xiyanping Injection and 15mg/（ kg · d） of virazole. The experiment group took additional traditional medicine. The therapeutic effectiveness rates in the two groups were observed. Results： The effectiveness rate in the experiment group was 93. 2% , and the effectiveness rate in the control group was 76.6%. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine can increase the therapeutic effectiveness of hand-foot-mouth disease.
