经渗硼处理的马氏体时效钢(C-250级)的耐磨性能(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 马氏体时效钢(250级)多用于要求高的强度/重量比及良好韧性的场合。这种钢属于高强度钢,达到了常用工程合金所能获得的最高的强度与韧性的结合。表面处理可能是改善这种钢的耐磨性的有效途径。渗硼是使硼渗入金属或合金的表面从而形成金属硼化物的表面化学热处理工艺,既能提高工程零件的表面性能,又不影响基体性能,是一种具有良好发展前景的工艺方法。本文对马氏体时效钢(250级)进行了盐浴渗硼,获得了高硬度的表面层。这种钢经渗硼处理后,其耐磨性能比未经渗硼的有了明显的改善。 Maraging steel(250 Grade) are used in applications where high strength/weight ratio,associated with good toughness,are necessary.These steels belong to the class of high strength steels,with a combination of strength and toughness that are among the highest attainable by the general engineering alloys.Surface treatments can be an efficient way to improve the wear resistance of this kind of steels.Boronizing is a thermo-chemical surface treatment that utilizes boron diffusion into the surface of metals and alloys to produce metallic borides,being a promising method of increasing the surface performance of engineering components while preserving the substrate properties.In this work,a maraging steel(250 grade) was borided using the salt bath method,what produced a high hardness surface layer.After boronizing,a great increase in wear resistance of this steel,in comparison with un-borided condition was verified.
