摘要
R270D1叶片是某燃气轮机压气机的第一级模锻动叶片,所用材料为X5CrNiCuNb16-4钢。该叶片经1035℃×130 min风冷固溶处理、835℃×130 min风冷调整处理和545℃×300 min时效处理后,其力学性能、断裂形貌转变温度和晶间断裂百分率均达到了有关技术条件的要求。
R270D1 Blades,made of X5CrNiCuNb16-4 steel and die forged,are first stage moving blade of a gas-turbine compressor.The blades were solution treated at 1035 ℃ for 130 min and forced air cooled,conditioned at 835 ℃ for 130 min and forced air cooled,and aged at 545 ℃ for 300 min.As a result,their mechanical properties,FATT and percentage of intergranular fracture fulfilled all the requirements of related specifications.
