摘要
采用超声波辅助法提取芸豆种子黄酮类化合物。进行四因素三水平正交试验,用紫外-可见分光光度计测量各处理黄酮类化合物含量。通过极差分析,超声波辅助法提取芸豆种子黄酮类化合物的最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数为50%、提取温度为35℃、提取时间60 min、液料比40∶1(mL/g)。
Study the super-sonic wave auxiliary method to extract bioflavonoid from seeds of kidney beans.The test was designed to concern four factors and three levels and to use the spectrophotometer of both ultraviolet light and visible light for measuring the quantities of the relevant extracted bioflavonoid.From the range analysis,the best conditions for bioflavonoid extraction through super-sonic wave auxiliary method were the followings: ethanol volume percentage of 50 %,extraction temperature of 35 ℃,extraction time length of 60 min,ratio of liquid to test material of 40∶1(mL/g).
