摘要
研究超声辅助提取法在沙枣鞣质提取中的应用。提取采用正交设计法,以固液比、丙酮浓度、提取次数、提取时间为因素,每个因素3个水平进行正交设计;用络合滴定法测定鞣质含量。结果显示:当丙酮浓度70%,固液比1∶10,提取次数2次,超声时间为40 min时效果最好。与温浸法相比,超声辅助提取法提取率有明显提高。
To study the ultrasonic extraction technology on tannins extraction from Elaeagnus angustifolia L..Orthogonal design was used to investigate four factors(material and solvent ratio,acetone concentration,extraction times,extraction time) at three levels respectively,and determine the concent of tannins by the titration.Results show that: the optimum extraction conditions are 70 % acetone extracting with material and solvent ratio 1∶10,extracting 2 times,each time for 40 min by ultrasonic wave.Using ultrasonic extraction technology to extract tannins from Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,compared to the soak extraction,the extraction rate is markedly improved.
