白血病患者甲状腺功能的评价

Evaluation or thyroidal function in leukemic patients

目的探讨白血病患者血清甲状腺素水平变化及对预后的影响。方法应用放射免疫分析法对７６例白血病患者和４０例正常人进行甲状腺功能检测，并对其与临床的关系进行分析。结果白血病患者血清甲状腺素水平降低，非甲状腺疾病综合征发生率高（５７／７６例），且与疾病的进展和恶化有关。结论动态检测甲状腺素水平能反映白血病患者的全身状态和评估预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of serum thyroxine on prognsis in leuremic patients. Methods The thyroidal functions of 76 cases of leukemia and 40 normal controls were examined by radioimmunoassay and compared. Results in leukemic patients the levels of serum thyroxine decreased, the incidence of non-thyropathy syndrome was high (57/76) and was closely correlated with development and deterioration of disease. Conclusion Level of thyroxine can reflect systemic state in leukemic patients and may be use to evaluate prognsis.
