摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定果汁中糖精钠的不确定度的分析方法。以方法GB/T 5009.28-2003,建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算不确定度各分量。当糖精钠含量为0.097 g/kg时,不确度为0.05 g/kg(k=2)。充分分析和识别分析过程中的不确定来源,较为全面地评定了高效液相色谱测量果汁中糖精钠的不确定度。
