摘要
目的分析影响2型糖尿病外周神经传导速度的因素,比较合并糖尿病肾病(DN)与未合并DN患者的外周神经传导速度的差异。方法检测63例2型糖尿病患者左正中神经、左腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(分别为MCV1、MCV2),左正中神经的感觉神经传导速度(SCV),同时测定FBG、HbA1C和晨尿白蛋白(MAC),按MAC的水平确定有无DN并分组,分别统计两组的MCV1、MCV2、SCV。结果MCV1、MCV2、SCV分别与HbA1C、MAC水平呈负相关,与年龄无关。MCV1、MCV2与病程呈负相关。合并DN者外周神经传导速度较未合并DN者减慢,两者比较有显著性差异。结论2型糖尿病患者外周神经传导速度与HbA1c、MAC呈负相关,合并肾脏病变的糖尿病患者常同时合并外周神经病变。
Objective To analyze factors effecting perinerve conduction velocity in type I diabetes mellitus and compare perinerve conduction velocity between patients with DN and those without DN. Methods 63 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled. Their motor nerve conduction velocity of left median nerve(MCV1) and left common peroneal nerve(MCV2), sensory conduction velocity of left median nerve (SCV),FBG, HbA1C and MAC were tested. Results MCV1, MVC2 and SCV had negative relationship with HbA1c and MAC. The perinerve conduction velocity in patients with DN were significantly lower than that in patients without DN. Conclusion Perinerve conduction velocity in type 2 diabetes mellitas has negative relationship with HbA1C and MAC. Diabetic patients with nephropathy usually company perinerve.
