摘要
高精度光束扫描、对准和跟踪是精密测控领域中的关键技术。基于SiC材料设计了出轻量化振镜。介绍了有限元分析中基于大质量法的冲击响应谱分析的理论与分析方法。在指定的冲击环境下,采用PATRAN作为前处理器对摆镜进行建模,用NASTRAN为求解器进行冲击谱分析求解。指出了模态的参与因子,得出了冲击响应谱分析的位移、加速度和应力的峰值响应。计算表明系统满足所在冲击环境条件下的动力学环境要求,为摆镜的设计提供了重要的参考依据。
High-accuracy beam scanning,pointing and tracing are the key points in the precision measurement and control fields.A light weight tip/tilt mirror which is made from material of SiC has been designed.The theory and analysis method of shock response spectrum in finite element analysis is introduced using large mass method.In the specify environment,a finite element model of the tip/tilt mirror is build in PATRAN and its shock response spectrum analysis is performed by NASTRAN.Model participation factors are figured out.The maximum response of displacement,acceleration and stress in the shock response spectrum analysis are calculated.The results of calculation show that the tip/tilt mirror meets the requirement of environment.It is useful for the design and development of the tip/tilt mirror.
