醉驾入刑以来,如何在执法中保护民警的执法安全,保障执勤民警的合法权益,已经成为新时期影响警察执法和社会秩序的重大问题。有效保障醉驾执法中的警察权益,是维护法律尊严和公共利益的的切实需要,也是树立警察执法权威的客观要求,更是调动警察执法积极性的有力措施。

Since the drunken driving is included in a list of crime, it has become a serious problem how to protect the safety of the policemen in their law enforcement and maintenance of public order. To protect policemen＇s rights effectively in their law enforcement is not only a necessity of vindicating the legal honor and safeguarding public interests but also an important measure of setting up police＇s law enforcement authority and bringing their initiatives into full play.
