Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Pursuing Escapees by Network in New Situation

开展网上追逃是公安机关打击违法犯罪的有效抓手。随着社会治安形势的变化,公安机关的网上追逃理念、机制和各项措施既面临机遇,也存在挑战。由此,应以全国在逃人员数据库的历史资料为样本,对我国近十年追逃工作的相关数据进行统计分析,并结合全国各地追逃工作的实际,提出新形势下突破网上追逃工作瓶颈的几点建议。

To pursue escapees by network is one of the effective ways for police organs to combat crime. With situation changing, the notion, mechanism and measures of pursuing escapees by network are challenging them. As such, we should take historical data stored in national escapee database as a sample, analyze the related statistics of pursuing escapees in the decade, try to break through the bottleneck and offer some tips based on the reality of national escapee pursuit.
