讯问工作是讯问人员与犯罪嫌疑人面对面进行的侦查活动,具有直接对抗性。在讯问过程中,犯罪嫌疑人通常会使用各种反讯问手法阻碍讯问工作向查明案件事实的方向发展,有些反讯问手法甚至导致讯问工作陷入僵局。因此,讯问人员有必要熟悉各种反讯问手法并运用相应对策突破讯问僵局,保障讯问工作的顺利进行。

Interrogation is a direct investigative activity and confrontation with criminal suspects. In the course of interrogation, the suspects usually use anti-interrogation techniques to hinder interrogation toward the direction of identifying facts of the cases. Some counter-interrogation techniques may even lead to an interrogation impasse. Therefore, the interrogators shouild familiarize themselves with various counter-interrogation techniques and use appropriate countermeasures to break it so as to ensure the smooth progress of interrogation.
