摘要
结合转炉煤气成分变化曲线分析了提高煤气回收量的基本途径,研究了转炉工序设备条件、原料条件、空气吸入量、回收条件、供氧强度等因素对转炉煤气回收量的影响,其中空气吸入量、回收条件、供氧强度等因素的影响尤为显著。从完善软硬件设备、实行降罩到位与炉口微差压调整并行、优化供氧制度、提高炉前助手操作等方面提出了具体措施,实施后取得了很好的节能效果。
It is analyzed the basic ways to increase gas recovery quantity based on composition change curve of converter gas,researched the influence on the recovery from equipments condition,raw material,air intake,recovery condition and oxygen feeding strength,of them the latter three have stronger role.From the fields: improving hardware equipments,carrying out cover being drop down to the location combined with adjusting mouth micro-difference pressure,optimizing oxygen feeding system,improving furnace assistances operation,the concrete measures are proposed out,and these made good effects in energy-saving.
