摘要
介绍了薄板坯连铸连轧中热轧除磷、无头轧制、连铸坯直接热装和直接轧制等高精度轧制技术,提出了当今板带材生产企业竞争焦点集中在提高产品质量和档次、扩大品种规格,降低成本和消耗,提升产品附加值和生产线的综合竞争能力上,轧制新技术的应用助力高附加值产品的开发和研制。
It is introduced the following high-precision rolling techniques in thin slab continuous-casting and continuous-rolling： hot-rolling descaling,endless rolling,and continuous casting billet directly hot-charged and rolled.It is pointed out the present competition between sheet and strip steel production enterprises focus in improving products quality and grade,expanding variety and specification,reducing cost and consumption,promoting products added value and comprehensive competition power of production line.The application of new rolling technique can help of high added-value products developing.
