摘要
对承钢1780热轧带钢生产线影响板形控制的因素进行了分析,根据不同的影响因素,制定相应的改进措施。认为在精轧板形的计算机模型调试完成后,设备精度和工艺调整对板形质量有重要影响。
It is analyzed the factors to influence profile shape control of strip steel, appropriate improving measures worked out according to different factor. It is considered that after the computer model debug for finish rolling profile shape is fulfilled, the equipments precision and process adjustment have an important role to quality of profile shape.
