摘要
变频器是实现变频调速的装置,具有节能、省力,易于构成自控系统的显著优势,将G120变频器应用到三步法生产V2O5工艺中,优化了片剂钒生产流程,提高了片剂钒的合格率。同时指出变频器调速技术也是高能耗、低产出设备较多企业挖潜增效的有效途径。
With G120 frequency converter used in the production process of V2O5 with three-step method,the production flow of tablet vanadium is optimized,its qualified ratio increased.It is also pointed out that frequency converter technique can reduce energy consumption.
