摘要
耐火度在粘土矿工业类型、品级划分中起着重要的作用,但在实际工作对中高铝粘土耐火度的测定主要依靠仪器法,这在一定程度上对研究及生产单位形成了制约。笔者通过对比分析,认为A/S值和Al2O3含量的含量分布频率图可以作为高铝粘土矿判定耐火度的一个标准。A/S值2.6为一个分界点,该值大于2.6的样品其耐火度几乎全部大于1 770℃;Al2O3含量大于60%的样品其耐火度几乎全部大于1 770℃。通过对这两个参数的验证中可以看出,这两个参数具有一定的可靠性,在实际工作中可以选取较方便的一种数据作为判断依据,笔者建议二者结合起来考虑,从而有针对性的指导生产实践活动。
Refractoriness plays an important role in clay minerals industry classification and grade division. But in prac- tice, we always use instruments to measure the refractoriness of high aluminum clay, to'a certain degree, which restricts re- search and production organizations. Based on comparison and analysis, I believe that content distribution frequency chart formed by A/S value and A12O3 content can be used as a judging standard of high aluminium clay refractoriness. Take 2.6 as a boundary of A/S value, when sample value is greater than 2.6, its relevant refractory degrees are almost more than 1770℃. When percentage composition of A12O3 is more than 60%, the sample' s relevant refractory degrees are almost more than 1770 ℃. Through validation of these two parameters, we can see both parameters have definite reliability. In the actual work, we can select the relatively convenient data as the judging basis. The author suggests a combination of both, to target to the production practices directly.
