摘要 电弧炉冶炼过程中的配碳增碳及其效果,始终是影响冶炼能耗指标、钢铁料消耗指标及冶炼时间的重要课题。对此,本文针对电弧炉冶炼过程中,配碳难导致的化清碳低、化学能难以充分利用的现象,提出了采用自耗式喷碳枪,克服炉渣阻碍,直接向熔池喷碳的新工艺,从而实现了节能降耗、缩短冶炼时间的目的。实践证明:效果良好,简便易行。 Electric are furnace smelting process of carbon in carbon and it effect. Always it influence energy consumption index of smelting ,iron and steel smelting of material consumption target and important issues for the time. To this ,the arti- cle against the electric arc furnace in smelting works ,with carbon is diftieult due to the low carbon clean technology ,chemi- cal energy is difficult to take full advantage of the phenomenon. Made using carbon, from fhe consumption type spray grab. Overcome obstacles slag , directly to the new technology of molten pool of spraying carbon. So as to realize energy saving and consumption reducing ,shortening the smelting time purposes. Practice shows that: the effect is good, esay and feasible.
