摘要
单一的专利数量指标不能全面地反映企业的技术创新活动。在用专利数据测度企业的技术创新能力时,不仅要考虑企业的专利数量,也要考虑企业的专利质量。基于专利信息分析,从专利文档中抽取专利数量指标和专利质量指标,可建立企业技术创新能力评价体系。利用构建的密切值法评价模型,对3G技术领域内53家全球领先通信企业的技术创新能力进行评价,重点分析其中中国内地企业的技术创新能力。
Firms' technological innovation activities couldn't be fully reflected by patent quantity indices. When measuring firms' technological innovation capability, both patent quantity and patent quality should be taken into consideration. Based on patent infor- mation analysis, this study developed an evaluation framework to estimate firms' technological innovation capability, with the data de- rived from patent documentation. Based on those indices, this study built a model using osculating value method to evaluate technologi- cal innovation capability of 53 global-leading firms in 3G techniques among the communication industry. The technological innovation capability of firms Chinese Mainland was primarily discussed.
