摘要 利用创新理论,结合农民专业合作社的特性,分析合作社技术创新的特点,从内部技术创新能力和外部创新环境支持能力两方面构建了一个包涵7个二级指标,30个三级指标的合作社技术创新能力测度模型;并以调研的20家种植业示范合作社为例,进行合作社内部技术创新能力实证检验。实证结果表明:合作社内部创新能力整体不强;市场创新能力最为薄弱;创新投入能力大于创新产出能力;创新管理能力较强。研究有助于政府评建示范社,有利于各级政府科学的监测与评判合作社的技术创新能力,为制定适合合作社技术创新能力的政策提供科学、量化的依据,有利于合作社发现自身技术创新能力的优劣势。 According to the characteristics of technological innovation, the innovation theory is used to analyze the characteristics of farmer cooperatives. We build a model to measure technological innovation abilities from the perspective of both internal and external environment which include 7 secondary-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators. This model is tested using 20 leading farming co- operatives. The empirical results reveal that the overall internal technological innovation abilities are weak and market innovation abilities are the weakest, Meanwhile, the abilities of innovation input are found greater than the abilities of innovation output and the abilities of innovation management are excellent. The paper contributes to provide the government with a scientific quantitative standard of selecting leading cooperatives, to provide scientific and quantitative evidence for technological innovation policy formulation, and to make the farmers' cooperatives find their advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation abilities.
