单味中药对体外培养毛囊生长影响的研究

The Effect of single Herb On Mouse Follicle Growth in vitro.

目的 筛选对毛囊有直接促生长作用的中药。方法 采用近交系乳鼠触须毛囊体外培养及同位素掺入技术。结果 培养 2 4h毛囊生长长度测定 ,黄芪水煎剂、女贞子水煎剂与空白对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与阳性对照组敏乐啶结果相近。3 H TdR掺入值与长度测定结果吻合。结论 黄芪水煎剂和女贞子水煎剂对体外培养毛囊有直接促生长作用。

Objective To find a herb which has directly effect of accelerating the growth of follicles in vitro.Methods The approaches occupied in this study concerns to the organ culture of new born vibrissa follicles in vitro and the incorporating of 3H TdR radioacive thymidine into the cultured follicles.Results When we cultured the follicles in Huangi and Nuzhenzi frying solution for 24h,The follicles had a significant increase in length when compared with that of the control group,and approached to minoxidil's group.These results coincidented with the date observed in the incorporation of 3H TdR thymidine.Conclusion Huanqi and Nuzhenzi frying solution signifiantly accelorated the growth of the follicles in vitro.
