δ-Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy for Male Urethra Condyloma Acuminatum.

摘要 目的 探讨δ 氨基酮戊酸 (ALA)光动力疗法 (PDT )治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣 (MUCA)的疗效。方法 对 18例MUCA患者 ,皮损局部用新鲜配制的 10 %ALA溶液湿敷 ,3h后用输出功率为 10 0mW的He Ne激光照射 ,每次光剂量约10 0J/cm2 。结果 经 1~ 4次治疗后 ,18例患者皮损完全消退 ,恢复正常粘膜结构 ;随访 1~ 13个月 ,16例皮损未见复发 ,仅2例有合并症的患者在治疗 4周后复发 ,但重新治疗后未复发。结论 ALA PDT治疗MUCA简单、有效、耐受性好、复发率低、无尿道狭窄等副作用 ,可望成为MUCA的首选疗法。 Objective To explore the possibility for treating male urethra condyoma acuminatum(MUCA) using δ aminolevuinic acid(ALA) photodynamic therapy(PCT).Methods 18 Patients with MUCA were treated with 10% ALA solution under occlusive dressing followed by irradiation with He Ne laser at 100mW.The light dose applied was 100J/cm 2.Results All the lesions of eighteen patients completely disappeared through 1~4 times treatment of ALA PDT.The mucous membrane of urethra showed no damaged.No scar formed.No recurrenc was observed in 16 cases after 1~13 months.2 MUCA patients accompanied with other diseases recurred after 1 month,but the lesions disappeared again through the treatment of ALA PDT.Conclusion ALA PCT is a simple,effective,well tolerated,lower recurrence ratio and no side reaction for MUCA.It is expected that ALA PDT could be the best therapy for MUCA.
