摘要
利用淤污泥陶砂制备声屏障材料,研究其密度、抗压强度、吸声性能和抗冻性能,并应用于实际工程。实验证明,该声屏障密度为780kg/m3;28d抗压强度4.8MPa;平均吸声系数0.70,在交通频率集中的800~1 200Hz状态下平均吸声系数为0.86;15次冻融循环,质量损失为0。
Sludge ceramsite is used as the aggregates of noise barriers whose density,compression strength,sound-absorbing performances and frost resistance are studied in this article.The experiment shows that:the density of material is 780 kg/m3,its compression strength is 13.6 MPa when it is the 28th day,the average sound-absorbing coefficient is 0.7.However,in the area of traffic noise frequency between 800 Hz and 1 200 Hz the noise-absorb materials' coefficient may reach 0.86.Its quality loss is 0 after 15 times freeze-thaw circle.
