摘要
通过对安钢1780热轧生产线热轧温度及产品性能的跟踪研究,分析热轧温度的分布和控制范围对冷轧带钢的板型的影响,结果表明,控制终轧温度在Ar3以上、改进中间保温罩的控制形式及层流冷却系统等措施,可有效降低带钢强度的波动,提高板型质量。
Through tracking study on rolling temperature and product properties of the 1 780 hot rolling production line, effects of temperature distribution and range on shape of cold-rolled steel sheet, the results show that raising finishing temperature to more than Ar3 ,improving control style of insulation cover and laminar cooling system can reduce fluctuation of strength, improve quality of shape.
