摘要
通过对中国石化天津分公司芳烃联合装置条件一致性的考察,对所使用的国内外二甲苯异构化催化剂的性能进行了对比。工业运转数据表明,国内的新一代乙苯转化型异构化催化剂RIC-200的活性和选择性比国内SKI-400系列催化剂均有大幅度的提高,二甲苯异构化率(即反应产物中对二甲苯在总二甲苯中的质量分数)大于23%,与国外的OPARIS PLUS催化剂性能相当;而乙苯转化率和C8烃收率分别为22.3%和97.64%,略高于OPARIS PLUS催化剂。说明RIC-200催化剂的性能已达到国际先进水平。采用RIC-200催化剂,对二甲苯产量显著增加,装置的经济效益明显提高。
The performances of the domestic and oversea catalysts in xylene isomerization were compared in the aromatics complex plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation. The industrial operating results indicated that both the activity and the selectivity of RIC-200 were higher than those of SKI-400 and the isomerization activity(mass fraction ofp-xylene in the total xylene in the products) was higher than 23%. The activity of SKI-400 catalyst in the isomerization was comparative with the oversea catalyst OPARIS PLUS, but both the ehtylbenzene conversion and the C8 hydrocarbon yield of RIC-200 catalyst were higher than those of the oversea catalyst.
