摘要
磁场响应形状记忆聚合物(SMP)复合材料(MSC)是以SMP为基体树脂、磁性粒子为填料的一类复合材料。MSC的磁场响应原理:磁性粒子在交变磁场下产生热量,SMP因受热而产生相转变,从而实现了材料的形状回复。概述了SMP种类、外加磁场和磁性粒子对MSC磁场响应性的影响,重点阐述了磁性粒子的粒径、种类及其含量对MSC磁场响应性的影响。概括了MSC的研究现状和进展,展望了其应用前景。
Magnetic responsive shape memory polymer(SMP) composite(MSC) is usually prepared by adding magnetic particles into SMP matrix.The principle of MSC response to magnetic field is that the magnetic particles in the alternating magnetic field generate heat,and the SMP matrix is heated and phase transition occurs,thus the shape recovery of MSC can be induced.The effects of SMP,magnetic field,and magnetic particle size,type and content on the magnetic responsive properties of MSC were summarized.The research progress and potential applications of MSC were reviewed.
