摘要
目的 比较Etest法和琼脂稀释法检测淋球菌对四种抗生素的敏感性。方法 用Etest法和琼脂稀释法同时测定四种抗生素对淋球菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果 Etest法和琼脂稀释法测得青霉素、环丙沙星、头孢三嗪、壮观霉素对淋球菌 (GC)的 (最低抑菌浓度MIC)相关系数 (r)分别为 0 .87、0 .92、0 .93、0 .2 2 ,符合率分别为 82 %、86%、95 %、65 % ,Etest法和琼脂稀释法测得壮观霉素对淋球菌的MIC有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 Etest法方法简便、快捷 ,用于实验室常规检测淋球菌对青霉素、环丙沙星、头孢三嗪的敏感性与琼脂稀释法有良好的相关性 ,可作为替代方法。但应慎用Etest法检测淋球菌对壮观霉素的敏感性。
Objective To compare Etest and agar dilution method for testing susceptibilities of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to four antibiotics.Method MICs of four antibotics were determined by Etest and agar dilution method simultaneously.Results MICs obtained by Etest and agar dilution method showed correlation coefficients of 0.87,0.91,0.92,and 0.22,and agreement percentages of 82%,86%,95%,and 65%,for penicillin,ciprofoxacin,ceftriaxone,and spectinomycin,respectively.However,a significant difference (P<0.001) in spectinoomycin,susceptibility was observed between two methods.Conclusion The Etest is an altenmative to agar dilution method for gonococci susceptibility testing to ceftriaxone,penicillin and ciprofloxacin due to its rapid,effectiveness and significant relationship with agar dilution method.It is cautious to test spectionmycin susceptibility by Etest.
