摘要
吊杆的张拉控制是单索面下承式钢管混凝土拱桥施工控制中的重点。以青兰高速邯郸段跨南水北调大桥为工程实例,运用大型通用有限元程序ANSYS对其施工过程进行模拟。通过对吊杆实际监测数据与理论分析结果的比较分析,对吊杆张拉过程进行控制,对张拉顺序进行优化,为同类型桥梁的施工控制提供了参考。
The suspender tensioning control is the main focus in construction control of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge.Taking the Crossing South-to-North Water Diversion Bridge on Handan Section of Qingdao-Lanzhou Expressway as an instance,the paper simulates the construction process of this bridge based on the finite element program ANSYS.By comparing the actual monitoring data of the suspender with the theoretical value,the suspender tensioning process is controlled,and the tensioning order is optimized,which provides reference for the construction control of similar bridges.
