This article introduces the system for implementing real-time data acquisition and data processing of intelligent sen- sors. The real-time communication between the computer and the MCU is realized by using the advantages of data processing and in- terfaces programming of VB language and combining with the assembly language. The whole system is controlled by the PC and the MCU coordinated, it is of not only high reliability but also good real-time performance, and easy operation as well.
