经济地理学的“制度转向”与中国区域产业政策演化浅析

Brief Analysis on the Institutional Turn of Economic Geography and the Evolution of Regional Industrial Policies in China

20世纪80年代起,西方的经济地理学出现了"制度转向"的趋势,认为区域经济活动是嵌入在当地的社会、政治与文化系统之中的并与之密不可分,区域产业政策的有效性取决于特定空间与相应的"制度厚度"。我国改革开放前后的区域产业政策,一定程度上留下了较为深刻的制度痕迹。随着市场化的深入,区域产业政策制定需要不断的制度"释放"。

The trend of ＂institutional turn＇occurred in the research of Western economic geography since the 1980s. It is held that region economic activities were deeply rooted in local society, politics and cultural system, and the effectiveness of region industrial policies are determined by specific space and correspondent ＂institutional thickness＂. By tracing back to the region industrial evolution before and after the opening-up and reform of China, we find that institutional traces were deeply left to some extend. Thus, with the process of marketization, the making of region industrial policies in the future needs more institutional release.
