前景化视角下文学翻译中的诗学操控

Poetic Manipulation in Literature Translation from the Perspective of Foregrounding

文学翻译的一个重要目的就是再现原作的艺术价值与诗学功能,前景化则是文学作品实现诗学诉求的众多语言表达手段之一。文学作品的语言形式(前景化)与诗学功能是互相依存的,语言形式是手段,诗学功能是目的,既然手段服务于目的,动态地操控语言形式以重现这一相互依存关系将直接影响文学翻译作品的质量。

Literature translation aims at, among other things, recreating the artistic value and poetic function of the original, and to that end comes forth foregrounding, a linguistic expressing technique that serves the poetic pursuits in a literary piece. In view of the interdependence between linguistic expressing （foregrounding） and poetic function, and of the relationship between them （the former the means and the latter the end）, what counts in literature translation is to manipulate the means dynamically to the end of duplicating the above-mentioned interdependence.
