摘要
对教师自主性发展的研究缘于学习者自主的理念。从探究教师自主的含义入手,可以很好地理解教师自主性发展的必要性,以引起高校英语专业教师对自身职业发展中的自主观念的重视,从而探究高校英语专业教师自主性发展的实现途径。
The study of the development of teacher autonomy is derived from the idea of learner autonomy. This article begins with the exploration into the meaning of learner autonomy so as to expound the necessity of the development of teacher autonomy, drawing the attention of college English teachers' to the concept of autonomy in their professional development to the end that feasible approaches to the development of college English teacher autonomy are explored.
