高职院校校企合作的制约因素分析与对策研究

Constraints and Countermeasures of Vocational School-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作,既是现代职业教育走向市场的必然选择,也是现代企业走向科学发展的客观要求。然而我国校企合作还面临很多困难和问题,对目前校企合作实践中存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出要采取探索新的校企合作方法,完善有关校企合作的法律法规,促使高职院校和企业加强对校企合作的管理,完善校企合作机制,加强政府对校企合作的督导等措施,使校企合作发挥应有的效应。

School - enterprise cooperation is the natural choice of modem vocational school and enterprise for better development. However, school - enterprise cooperation in China still faces many difficulties and problems. This paper analyzes the problems in current practice of school - enterprise cooperation proposes to improve relevant laws and regulations to strengthen the management and to perfect the mechanism of the cooperation to make it fully play its role.
